Wow! Christmas is here again! How time flies. I could still remember almost all that happened last year.
This is the best time of the year for most people, as the holidays offer an ample opportunity for family reunion. This is a once in a year chance to catch up with friends and loved ones even if it entails travelling a thousand miles.
There’s a lot of merry making and fanfare associated with this period that one can’t help but look forward to it each year.
Different kinds of gifts exchange hands and nothing seems better than Christmas.
However, there are people in difficult situations who may not have friends or families to be with at this time. It therefore falls upon you to extend the yuletide wishes to them. You should find time out of the busy schedule to put a smile on someone’s face; especially those who are unable to reciprocate. Don’t just limit it to your loved ones.
Remember the homeless, orphans and those in vulnerable situation
Put a smile on a face not just at this period but whenever you have the opportunity.
And most importantly, remember the reason for the season, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Take a few moments to meditate on the love of God and the reason He sent His only begotten son to save the you.
Have a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year!
