About Me

Hello!

Welcome to my blog.

Hope is my name.

I’m here to make a difference.

I’m inspired by people who don’t allow their limitations limit them. People who want to live life to the fullest despite the obstacles. People who won’t give up until they win.

This is who I am.

I want to spread a positive energy in a world where there is so much negativity.

Speaking is  a way of impacting positive energy to people.  I’m available to speak at conferences, events, and gatherings.

Topics of expertise include, Human Trafficking, Integration of Immigrants, Multiculturalism and Bilingualism. Positive Living, among others.

I was born in Nigeria from where I  have a degree in English and Literary Studies. I live in Finland.

I’m completing my first novel and I equally write short stories, one of which has won an award.

I’m currently learning Finnish language and food at a vocational school.

In addition, I teach part time, and I give lectures, speeches at events.

My goal is to blog at least once a week.

  2. Hi Hope,
It’s me, Perse, from way back when on Far Beyond the Stars. I know I probably look a little different…underwent this weird mutation and now I’m a human and not a horse 😉 Also going by my real name now. And my blog changed addresses too—it’s ScienceAtYourDoorstep.com now. Sorry for all the confusion… Anyway, how’s the blogging going? Loved your recent post on starting college…that was last year, for me, and I remember the hustle and stress sooooo well…but it was worth it!

  7. Hello Hope, your blog is truly inspiring. Your passion really shines through. I have always been an advocate for rights of marginalized women and children. It is unfortunate that ears are most often closed to their voices. Many blessings. 🙂

  8. I’m looking forward to reading your blog. Unfortunately, oppression, like any other force used to claim power over someone else, is why there is so much hatred and destruction in the world. It’s nice to see someone trying to make their part of the world a bit better. You have a lot more to offer the world than you realize.

  9. Hello! I dropped in after seeing that you ‘liked’ a comment I made on the Holistic Wayfarer’s blog. I’m glad I did. I like your optimism. I’m looking forward to looking more closely at your blog and exploring your fiction. Nice to ‘meet’ you. 🙂

  13. I read your story Mr. Boniface and I loved it! Your site is like a breath of fresh air; I can never find fellow writers these days. And when I can, I have to pay or download the books. I’m writing you a paragraph on my “Other Writers” page on my blog, along with a link back to your site.

  14. Hi Hope, I’m from the pool.
I’ve noticed that when giving people your link, you say it ‘storieswithoutborders’ one too many times, while I believe that what you really mean is ‘storieswithoutborder’ (without ‘S’). I guess this might cost you some potential readers. 🙂
    Take care.

  15. Hope, what a great blog this is. Your blog title ‘stories without border’ is an apt description of what your blog is about. And what an equally emotive first name as that of your stories. Keep up the good work.
